Heading out for another day in the Big Apple, Rihanna showed off her stylish ways as she left her New York City hotel on Thursday (May 7).

The “Take A Bow” songstress sported a sexy snakeskin top with khaki pants and metallic heels, walking along while waving to paparazzi.

Meanwhile, Rihanna’s ex Chris Brown’s attorney has just recently filed paperwork attacking the LAPD for leaking a photograph of Rihanna’s bruised face, as he believes it made a fair trial impossible.

Geragos stated, “I am informed and believe that this highly prejudicial photograph was sold by an LAPD officer to the entertainment website, TMZ. The photograph was immediately viewed by hundreds of thousands of viewers and was displayed on every news channel for several weeks … The purpose of the leak was necessarily for profit and to vilify Mr. Brown and poison the potential jury pool.”

He continued, “I intend to use such evidence at the preliminary hearing to attack their credibility … I believe there is a reasonable likelihood that the case will be dismissed at the preliminary hearing.”
